CLARITY

Clarity is power. Aiming for goals is better than aiming for certain activities. For example, When I schedule activities for writing. I know I am going to write but I don’t have a goal. But when you do have clear goal for mind. You will be driven towards that goal. And will complete it faster. So, think about the outcome, not about activities. Pre-determine

Pre-determine how you will deal with moments where you have no motivation. We all have a lot of motivation in the beginning but what about the times when you are feeling down. At those moments you should have determined what you are going to do next. Maybe watch a motivational video or a speech. Which will give you the boost you will need. I listen to motivational speakers when I am biking to school. This gives me the boost to go to school with the right mindset. With motivation.

Social Network

Create a good social network who motivate you. Friends are almost the most motivational people. They give advice and will motivate you to do certain things. Share your biggest goals with them. And they will certainly motivate you in your way up to those goals. So, move to interdependence and you will be rewarded by motivation for a lifetime ;)

Recontextualization; a change in framing

One day, about two or three years ago, my little brother stole my bar of chocolate. I was mad and lost my respect towards him. Later on that day I asked ‘Why did you steal my bar of chocolate?”. He said “Because it is mine”. I said “No it isn’t”. “Yes it is” he kept saying. Then my mom came in the room and asked why I didn’t eat my chocolate bar. My perspective changed; I could n’t find my bar and I said that he stole it , which he didn’t. My facts didn’t changed but the way I looked at it did. This is called recontextualization. The importance of Recontextualization When we get the inside in this phenomena we learn how we can change or perspectives. Even if, you want to become the president of America ;) Because I know you can accomplish anything. Not a couple, but a lot. For example, a thirty (Honestly, I myself can only come up with twenty). Later on, you will see that some goals are not that well fitted for your lifestyle. So, you
